The Whisperwood Board of Directors recently adopted updated versions of our governing documents. While we originally intended to post the updated documents on our website back in May, technical issues prevented that from happening.  We continue to work on making the website more community -friendly, but did not want to delay getting these documents posted.  They should be below.

Attention Residents!

During the week of May 14, 2018, all parking lot and travel lane markings will be prepared and painted.  This project will take some coordination and cooperation from the residents in the community.   This will be very similar to what we did for the concrete and asphalt projects in the past.  The work will be done in phases to allow for parking in other areas in the community while work is being done.

Reminder: Annual Meeting Monday, May 15th!

posted May 11, 2017, 6:33 PM by Whisperwood Cluster

It's that time of year again, our annual meeting is right around the corner.  It will be held Monday, May 15th, 2017 in the Langston Hughes Middle School Cafeteria.  Each homeowner should have received notice in the mail containing the agenda, application for nomination (we have a position open) and honestly, possibly the most important piece... the PROXY!

Talk to your neighbors!  If you are planning to go, see if they will sign a proxy you can bring to the meeting.  If you are not planning to attend, please give your proxy to another resident that is going or feel free to reach out to any of the board members or RCS Mgmt.  If you need a proxy, please contact us at

Hope to see you next Monday!
