Neighborhood Lighting Update/Rules and Regulations/Bylaws

Progress update: Many residents have expressed concern with the new LED lights that were installed a few months ago in the light posts around the neighborhood.  The bulbs that were installed seem to project light more towards the upwards direction, than equally in all directions.  This has the undesirable effects of shining bright light in the upper windows, and leaving the ground very dark which is a safety concern for us all.  With the help of one of our neighbors, we have found another LED bulb and an equivalent halogen bulb that work better in diffusing light equally and brightening the ground area.  Rod and the board are working to procure several more "test" bulbs to be installed in limited areas around the neighborhood in the next couple of weeks.  That's where YOU come in!  We will post an announcement here, on our Facebook page, and in the mailbox notice holders soliciting inputs regarding the test bulbs, and will work to install something that works for the most residents in the weeks following.  We look forward to your feedback!

Also, the WCA Rules and Regulations and Bylaws have been posted to the Standards/Regulations page!
