The Whisperwood Cluster is located south of the VA-267 Toll Road off of South Lakes Drive. It is situated to the east of South Lakes High School.

The Whisperwood Cluster Association is comprised of all of owners of property within the Whisperwood Cluster. This association along with the Reston Association own deeded common property and are supported by dues collected from their members.
